Our Promise
We want customers to be happy — but to keep things simple and fair, we only accept returns for items that are defective on arrival. If your AI Pen works as intended, it isn’t eligible for a refund or return.
What Qualifies as Defective
A product is considered defective if it arrives damaged, fails to power on, or has a clear malfunction that prevents normal use. Cosmetic wear from normal handling does not count as a defect.
How to Request a Return for a Defective Item

If we confirm the defect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or a full refund (your choice).
Who Pays Shipping?

If the item is confirmed defective, we cover return shipping and any replacement shipping costs.

If the item is returned but later found to be working properly (no defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping and the return will be refused or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Inspection & Approval
All returns are inspected. We only approve refunds or replacements when a defect is verified. This protects both our customers and our business from false claims.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
No-Exchange for Working Items
Working items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. If you ordered the wrong model or changed your mind, please choose carefully at checkout.
